Each package includes 3 picnic tables, an extensive grass area surrounded by woods and a vineyard, a fire-pit, trash bin and removal, portable serving tables if needed and portable restrooms. Please note: no alcohol is permitted on the premises, as we do not have appropriate licensing. You may bring your own food and non-alcoholic beverages. Children 2 years and younger are free. Groups of 150+ will have the base fee waived! Rentals cannot extend past 10:00 p.m. on Fridays and Saturdays or 9:00 p.m. on Sundays.
